Winery review: Pit and orchard fruits on the highly fragrant nose and palate. At once fleshy and focused, with very good cut and undercurrent of chalky minerality. Close firm and long, with resonating spiciness and a refreshing not of bitter quinine.
My review: I really enjoyed this wine. It had a sweet citrus nose. The primary pallet had a bit of a bubbly texture which I enjoy. The over all taste was of sour citrus, in contrast to the sweetness of the nose. The finish was a bit more acidic and bold than is expected of a white wine.
I tried this wine without food.
